“Tourism & Property Show” ready for another success

at Hellenikon Complex - Olympic Fencing Centre Building on the success of its first international exhibition held in May 2007, Real Travel SA is preparing the next, the 2nd International “Tourism & Property Show”, to be held in the exhibition premises at Hellenikon Complex, specifically in the ex-Olympic fencing centre from 22 to 24 February 2008.
Like its inaugural predecessor, the second internationally-acclaimed “Tourism & Property Show” aims to further channel contacts between Greek state and private sector organizations, and tourism and real estate professionals, and potential international investors in both sectors. The 2nd International “Tourism & Property Show 2008” will feature certain innovations such as:
- 110 foreign hosted buyers will be put up by the organizers, Real Travel SA, for the duration of the exhibition. All these buyers will benefit from scheduled meetings with all exhibitors so that the exhibitors can get a better view of the preferences and propensities of buyers in key markets such as Great Britain, Ireland, and all the countries of Western, Central and Eastern Europe including Russia.
- A full and detailed publicity campaign for “Tourism & Property 2008” in Greece and abroad.
- The presentation of Greece’s largest builders, hoteliers and real estate agents and their advice on top tourist destinations and – for the first time – children’s summer camps.
- The first official presentation of investment plans for luxury villas, hotels, yacht marinas, golf courses, ski lodges and alternative tourism facilities.
- Parallel events in tandem with the exhibition, to vary the interest a little.
Requests for application forms for the “Tourism & Property Show 2008” are already pouring in, demonstrating that the institution has already earned a high degree of professional acceptance from tourism and real estate organizations in Greece and abroad.
